This vintage  doll is Denim Fun  from 1989. Skipper is Barbie's little sister and has blue eyes and blonde hair, bendable knees, and a waist that turns. She originally came in set #4893, which included Denim Fun Barbie and Ken as well.

Skipper wears a pink sweatshirt with glittery cats on it, a light blue denim skirt with pink stitching, and her shoes are pink ballet flats. Her skirt originally came with a dark pink belt, but the belt is missing.

Skipper's hair is frizzy but she's otherwise in good vintage condition.
